Sociedad Latina would like to share a very special Thank You to all of our youth and families, partners, and community supporters who donated this giving season!
These generous contributions provide our organization with new technology to enhance our college & career, entrepreneurship, STEAM, arts, and civic engagement programming. With the purchase of computers to complete resumes and college applications, computer-aided design (CAD) software, up-to-date robotics kits, Raspberry Pi coding kits, 3D printers, wireless printers, and production software for our youth to produce original music, our young people have greater opportunities to become future Latino innovators in STEM and the arts.
Stay involved with Sociedad Latina by applying to be a volunteer! We have a wide range of volunteer opportunities to support our young people ages 11-21 in the areas of Education, Workforce Development, Civic Engagement, and Arts & Culture. Current opportunities include program facilitation for our STEAM Team (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) and Escalera college access and career readiness program, as well as a volunteer receptionist that help us running our daily operations and contribute our community.
